Mary Brown, a native of West Central Iowa, is the Office Manager at our office. With six months of experience in this role, Mary plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the team.
Specializing in service, Mary is licensed in Iowa and Nebraska for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. Her knowledge allows her to assist individuals in navigating their insurance needs and finding the right coverage to protect their assets.
Outside of work, Mary finds joy in spending time in her yard, tending to her beautiful flowers (no mowing required!). She also cherishes quality time with her family, friends, and two German Shorthairs named Lou and Pepper. As part of a blended family, Mary takes pride in her three girls, two grandsons, and one granddaughter.
Mary actively participates in community initiatives through her involvement with the Eagles Club. She believes in giving back to the community and making a positive impact beyond the office.
What Mary finds most enjoyable about working at State Farm is the opportunity to interact with policyholders and witness the changes and growth in their families.
